岗位职责:
1. 通过全面精准的行业分析,建立潜在客户名单,并运用合适的销售技巧开拓新客户以及已有客户的新业务。通过客户拜访建立并增进客户与公司的合作关系。
2. 面向企业提供端到端的国际物流咨询服务,制作标书和项目预算,深度挖掘客户需求并找出痛点,为客户提供最优的物流运输方案。
3. 能够以专业全面的物流知识,热情大方的工作态度面对客户, 与客户的高层领导和基层员工维护良好的关系。
4. 收集市场信息并与管理层充分交流,维护现有业务并开拓新的业务领域。
任职资格:
1. 大专及以上学历,良好的英文听说读写能力。
2. 至少3年以上货运代理/物流销售经验,有空运直客销售经验优先。
3. 良好的抗压力,敏锐的商业洞察力,良好的客户沟通意识。
4. 乐于挑战,善于学习,上进心强。

Your role
Utilizing your demonstrated superior Air Logistics product + trade knowledge this role is primarily tasked with developing + diversifying business so that income increases, guaranteeing the future growth of the organization. Your core tasks + responsibilities will include:

To own, monitor + drive all sales activities of customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified + nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable + sustainable customer deals.
- To align your sales efforts with CCL Managers, Pricing + Air Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.
- To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products.
- To report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.
- To align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.
- To maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
- To regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers and team.
- To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL.
