Exciting opportunity to join the site R&D team in [ADD SITE] in Quality & Food Safety function as Senior Technician. The role is working on quality system operation and supervision, ensuring quality management system implementation in factories and compliance with MARS QMP & regulatory.
What are we looking for?
61Food science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent BSc/ MSc degree is preferred.
61Knowledge of quality management system – FSSC22000, and quality program GMP/ Hygienic design, familiar with legal food safety requirement, food process technology.
61Problem solving skill and systematic thinking
61Communication and influencing skill
What will be your key responsibilities?
61Drive the implementation of GMP on-site in compliance with the Mars GMP/ GHP standard, including GMP for production/ engineering and contractor, etc.
61Document control system management including the Nexus system.
61Develop the quality system training material and training plan and follow the implement
61CAPA system follow up to make sure all CAPA are not overdue.
61Prepare the management review report material.
61Verify the system procedure and regulation requirement compliance in process.
61Coordinate change management assessment in site level.
61Complete any other projects assigned by QA Manager.
