Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for daily IT desktop maintenance and management, installing
software and hardware on computers according to the company's existing
standards;

2. Identify and resolve issues with users' daily office equipment, computer
software, and other malfunctions;
识别并解决用户日常办公设备、计算机软件和其他故障的问题;
3. Timely understanding and responding to user needs, troubleshooting through
telephone communication and on-site visits (within the company);
及时了解和响应用户需求,通过电话沟通和现场考察(公司内部)进行故障排除;
4. Perform routine checks on user computer systems and IT equipment, and
update fixed asset management and maintenance work in a timely manner.
对用户计算机系统和IT设备进行日常检查,及时更新固定资产管理和维护工作。
Job Requirements:
1. Computer related major, sophomore or above. Familiar with fault detection
and troubleshooting of daily office equipment and computer software;
计算机相关专业,大二及以上学历。熟悉日常办公设备和计算机软件的故障检测和排除;
2. Familiar with mainstream operating systems, familiar with the installation,
configuration, troubleshooting of common office software and peripherals, as
well as debugging and installation of email client (Outlook);
熟悉主流操作系统,熟悉常用办公软件及外围设备的安装、配置、故障排除,以及电子邮件客户端(Outlook)的调试和安装;
4. Having good language expression and communication skills, able to
understand and solve customer feedback issues online or over the phone;
具备良好的语言表达和沟通能力,能够在线或通过电话理解和解决客户反馈问题;
5. Be able to actively respond to and complete the work tasks assigned by the
project team;
能够积极响应并完成项目组分配的工作任务;
6. Having good professional ethics, complying with company rules and
regulations, and obeying superior management requirements;
具有良好的职业道德,遵守公司规章制度,服从上级管理要求;
7. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力;
8. Part time experience in IT services is preferred.
有IT服务兼职经验者优先。
