Key responsibilities:
61 Handle Corporate Services team’s enquiries in relation to clients offshore company formation via email /通过电子邮件和传真处理企业服务团队有关客户离岸公司组建的咨询
61 Assist the Corporate Services team in providing professional services for client companies in main jurisdictions/协助企业服务团队为主要司法管辖区的客户公司提供专业服务
61 Arrange filing as instructed/按照指示安排备案归档
61 Assist Corporate Services team in attending to clients’ ad hoc secretarial exercises, for various jurisdictions including: change of director or secretaries, transfer of shares, alteration in M&A, alteration in share capital and allotment of shares, change of company name and filing of charges/协助企业服务团队参与客户的特定秘书工作,涉及多个司法管辖区,包括:更换董事或秘书,转让股份,更改并购,更改股本及分配股份,更改公司名称及备案收费
61 Handle renewal of annual license fees in various jurisdictions/处理各个司法管辖区的年度许可费续期工作
61 Use Viewpoint to update accurate client information for client, administration and for management information purposes/使用Viewpoint更新准确的客户信息,用于客户、管理和管理信息之目的
61 Assist Corporate Services team in handling clients’ enquiries and assist in preparing proposal for new clients; Handle billing and collection /协助企业服务团队处理客户的查询,并协助为新客户准备提案; 处理账单和收款
Key requirements
61 Bachelor’s degree or above. Majored in English/Law/Business Administration is preferred 本科学历或以上,英语、法学、工商管理类专业尤佳
61 1-3 years and above in client service, preferably in corporate services industry. 1-3年或以上客户服务经验,企业服务行业经验更佳。
61 Good at written and reading English, and can use English at working language. 英文读写能力良好,可用作书面语言
61 Strong work ethic; professional and approachable; 稳健的职业操守,专业且平易近人;
61 Excellent organizational skills, attend to details and able to work under pressure; 出色的组织能力,注重细节并能在压力下工作;
