职位描述
岗位职责：
工作职责：
1. 独立小班授课（3-12岁学生，每班上限12人）；
2. 对学员进行课前和课后辅导；
3. 维护客户关系，做好学员的定期或不定期沟通交流工作，高效地和家长反馈学生的学习情况；
4. 接待学生和家长，了解需求，并及时反馈给相关部门；
5. 协助各类市场推广活动；
6. 不断自我提升，提高授课技巧和能力。
工作时间：
周三至周五：13:00-21:00
周六：08:45-21:00
周日：08:45-18:30
午餐休1.5小时，晚餐休45分钟
休息日：周一、周二
岗位要求：
任职条件：
1. 大专以上学历，英语口语流利，发音标准；
2. 性格开朗外向，喜欢小朋友，愿意与小朋友玩成一片；
3. 学习能力强，愿意接受新事物，愿意接受新的教学理念及教学方法，敢于创新，热衷钻研。

About us: The British Education Learning Center is based in Zhanjiang, in the south of China. Our team is energetic and fun to work with and we are committed to creating a positive experience for all teachers and local staff. Our focus is to provide high quality English teaching rather than bringing in a large volume of students at the detriment of proper teaching. We have relatively small classes of up to 12 students. We foster close relationships with our students and their parents by providing extra-curricular activities for everybody to participate in. Our center organizes western outdoor activities and camps, with the addition of sport and handicraft events, so teachers can have the opportunity to employ their talents if they wish to.
