Job Description:
1) Conducts the crimping operation of terminals and wires according to the process requirements, ensuring that the crimping quality meets relevant standards and product application specifications.
按照工艺要求完成端子与导线的压接操作，确保压接质量符合相关标准和产品应用规范要求。
2) By using professional tools such as automatic crimping machines, wire stripping pliers, terminal crimping applicators, etc. to perform processes such as wire stripping, terminal crimping, and wire seal assembly.
使用专业工具(如自动压接机、剥线钳、端子压接模具等)进行剥线、端子压接、密封圈装配等工序。
3) Conducts quality inspections such as appearance and dimension checks, pull-out tests, and cross section analysis on the crimped terminals according to SOP, and record the data.
根据作业指导书对压接后的端子进行外观及尺寸检查、拉力测试、剖面分析等质量检测，并记录数据。
4) Debugging and optimization of crimping applicators and equipment based on equipment WI to ensure compliance with crimping requirements.
根据设备WI进行压接模具和压接设备的调试与优化，确保满足压接要求。
5) Assist engineers in analyzing poor crimping issues and proposing improvement plans.
协助工程师分析压接不良问题，提出改进方案。
6) Responsible for maintenance and simple troubleshooting of equipment to ensure stable operation.
负责设备的维护及简单故障排除，确保设备运行稳定。
7) Adhere to the company's 7S management and safety operation procedures, maintain a clean and safe production site.
遵守公司7S管理及安全操作规程，维护现场整洁与安全生产。
8) Carry out special assignments/projects as and when assigned by his/her supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。
Job Requirement:
1) Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Automation, etc.) from a recognized college or above.
理工科大专以上学历（机械、自动化等）。
2) Able to read and write in English.
具备英文读写能力。
3) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
熟练掌握微软Office办公软件 (Excel和Word)。
4) Experience in operating and debugging automation equipment and tooling is preferred.
有操作和调试自动化设备和工具经验者优先。
5）Work conscientiously and responsibly, with a good team cooperation spirit.
