Primary Purpose Summary 主要目标概述
The primary objective of the Designer Management Trainee is to drive customer and user-centric innovation by creating and visualizing innovative ideas and concepts. This role focuses on both sustaining (H2) and disruptive (H3) innovations on a global scale, fueling the innovation pipeline with actionable projects. Success in this role requires close collaboration with Project Management, Strategic Marketing, the Innovation team, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities 核心职责
- Lead end-to-end design process from user insights to commercialization, covering sketching, 3D modeling, CMF development and prototyping
主导从用户洞察到商业落地的完整设计流程,包括手绘草图、3D建模、CMF开发及原型验证
- Develop biodegradable/recyclable packaging systems to carbon footprint reduction
开发可降解/可循环包装系统,推动实现产品碳足迹降低的环保目标
- Establish cross-functional collaboration model to balance innovation, manufacturability and cost control
在设计、工程、市场等职能组织间进行协作,平衡创新性、可制造性与成本控制
- Utilize AR/VR tools for virtual prototyping, reducing time-to-market
运用AR/VR工具创建虚拟样板,缩短新品开发周期
Required Qualifications 任职要求
- Master degree in Industrial/Product Design, experience in consumer electronics or luxury packaging preferred
工业设计/产品设计专业硕士,有消费电子或奢侈品包装设计经验优先
- Expert in Rhino, proficiency in Keyshot CMF visualization
精通Rhino建模,熟练使用Keyshot进行CMF可视化呈现
- Skilled in TRIZ methodology, able to lead design thinking workshops
掌握TRIZ创新方法论,能通过设计思维工作坊引导需求转化
- Fluent in English & Chinese (global coordination), French is a plus
中英文流利(需协调全球设计资源),法语为加分项
