Primary Purpose Summary 主要目标概述
The primary objective of the Planner Management Trainee is initially focusing on the daily work of the planning team, including order management, parts procurement, forecasting analysis and management, data analysis, and report compilation. At the same time, product knowledge and production knowledge can be learned through communication with multiple departments. In the future, you can independently take charge of corresponding planning sections as a Planning Specialist.
计划专员管理培训生前期先以计划团队日常的工作，包括订单管理，零件采购，预测分析与管理，数据分析和报告汇总作为培训方向，同时可以与多部门沟通中学习产品知识，生产知识等。未来可以作为计划专员独立负责相应的计划板块。
Key Responsibilities 核心职责
- Execute statistical forecast, generate baseline forecast & track attainment rate
执行统计预测模型校准，输出基准预测并追踪达成率；
- Maintain customer demand prioritization matrix, coordinate dynamic allocation of production & logistics resources
维护客户需求优先级矩阵，协调产销资源动态分配；
- Conduct MRP (Material Requirements Planning), identify material shortage risks & develop contingency plans
实施MRP（物料需求计划），识别物料齐套风险并制定备选方案
- Develop supplier capability dashboard, support procurement negotiation strategy formulation
搭建供应商交付能力评估仪表盘，支持采购谈判策略制定
- Lead monthly S&OP data pack preparation, deliver supply-demand gap analysis reports
主导每月S&OP会议数据包准备，输出供需平衡缺口分析报告
- Design supply chain risk early-warning mechanisms, develop contingency response playbook repository
设计供应链风险预警机制，开发应急响应预案知识库
Required Qualifications 任职要求
- Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research / Supply Chain Management
工业工程/运筹学/供应链管理专业本科或以上学历
- Capable of service data visualization via Power BI/Tableau
能运用Power BI/Tableau进行服务数据分析可视化
- Proficient in English communications
熟练的英语交流能力
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving capabilities
