We are a fast-growing FMCG brand on a mission to bring the authentic taste of Vietnam to the world. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative with proven experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate has successfully introduced new brands
to the market, built distribution networks, and established sales channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for launching our MR.VIET coffee brand in China.
- Identify and establish relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to introduce new products.
- Conduct market research to position products effectively and ensure a successful launch.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships to maximize brand penetration and sales growth.
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and branding strategies.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
Who You Are:
+ FMCG Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in beverages, food, or related industries.
+ Product Launch Expertise: Proven track record of successfully introducing new products to the Chinese market.
+ Distribution Network Building: Experience in establishing sales channels and partnerships with distributors and retail chains.
+ Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate deals and drive revenue growth.
+ Language: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin); English is a plus.
+ Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and achieve sales targets.
