Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware Design & Development
1) Design analog/digital circuits for toy functionalities (e.g., motor control, sensors, wireless communication).
2) Create schematics and PCB layouts using tools, ensuring compliance with EMI/EMC standards.
3) Select and validate components (e.g., microcontrollers, power modules) for cost-effectiveness and reliability.
2. Prototyping & Testing
1) Build and debug prototypes, perform stress tests, and optimize circuits for performance and energy efficiency.
2) Conduct EMC/EMI testing and implement solutions to meet certification requirements (e.g., FCC, CE).
3. Collaboration & Documentation
1) Work with software engineers to define communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) and integrate firmware.
2) Prepare technical documentation (BOMs, test reports, design specifications) and support production teams during assembly.
4. Innovation & Compliance
1) Research emerging technologies (e.g., IoT integration, low-power designs) to enhance toy interactivity.
2) Ensure designs adhere to safety standards for children’s products (e.g., ASTM F963, EN 71).
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields is required ( Fresh Graduate will also be considered ).
2. Handon Layout skill.
3. Circuit debugging skill.
4. Knowledge on RF design will be an advantage.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
