Job Responsibilities:
As a Video Editor at Bergner, you’ll craft visually stunning content to showcase our premium kitchen and home products, aligning with our brand’s “精致生活” (Sophisticated Living) vision. Your work will drive engagement on social platforms (Douyin, Xiaohongshu, TikTok) and support e-commerce marketing. Key duties include:

Opportunity to work with global brands and shape the visual identity of a growing market segment
1.Content Creation & Production
——Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (15-60s) for product promotions, tutorials, and lifestyle scenes (e.g., cooking with MasterPRO cookware, styling home decor with Bergner textiles).
——Direct on-set/product photography, ensuring lighting, composition, and styling reflect our brand’s high-end aesthetic.
2.Platform-Specific Content Strategy
——Develop tailored content for Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram, leveraging trends to boost brand awareness and user interaction.
——Collaborate with the marketing team to align videos with campaign themes (e.g., seasonal sales, new product launches).
3.Technical & Creative Execution
——Operate professional photography/video equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting kits) and post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
——Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding subtitles, background music, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
4.Cross-Functional Collaboration
——Work closely with the 外籍 Creative Director to understand global brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency.
——Liaise with product teams to capture key features (e.g., non-stick coatings, ergonomic designs) and highlight unique selling points.
5.Workflow & Asset Management
——Organize and archive video/photo assets using our standardized naming and filing system.
——Source props and accessories for shoots, ensuring they align with product themes (e.g., gourmet food for kitchenware scenes).
Qualifications:
1)-1-3 years of experience in video editing/photography, preferably for e-commerce, home products, or lifestyle brands.
2)-Social media native: Proficient in Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram trends; understands how to create “thumb-stopping” content for young audiences.
——Technical skills:
3)-Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop); familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or CapCut is a plus.
4)-Strong knowledge of lighting setups, product styling, and food photography (a major plus if you’ve shot recipes/cooking content).
——Language ability:
5)-Fluent in written English (ability to read brand guidelines and communicate with 外籍 colleagues).
6)-Basic spoken English is a strong advantage (daily interactions with the global team).
Soft skills:
7)-Detail-oriented with a passion for aesthetics and storytelling.
8)-Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
