Work as a team member to assist departmental engineers with related tasks, involving PD /IE/PE/QM/EC. 作为团队成员协助部门工程师完成相关工作，支持部门涉及生产、工业工程、工艺工程、质量、测试等
- Assist engineers in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization to ensure efficient and stable production operations. 协助工程师进行设备维护、故障排查及工艺优化，确保生产设备高效稳定运行。
- Collect production data, analyze key parameters using tools like Excel/PowerBI, and generate visual reports to support decision-making. 收集生产数据，使用Excel/PowerBI等工具分析关键参数，生成可视化报告以支持决策。
- Participate in quality system management, assist in root cause analysis of defects, and standardize error-proofing device (EPD) verification processes. 参与质量体系管理，协助分析缺陷原因，推动防错装置（EPD）验证流程标准化。
- Track production line abnormalities (e.g., mold cleaning, equipment breakdowns) and coordinate resources for resolution. 跟踪生产线异常情况（如不良品、设备故障），协调资源解决问题。
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement measures and optimize processes. 参与跨职能团队合作，实施改进措施并优化流程
- Participate in 5S activities, maintain workspace organization, and promote standardized operations. 参与现场5S管理，维护工作区域整洁，推动标准化作业。
Education 教育程度
- Bachelor degree or above, Chemical, Material, Engineering or science related majors preferred 工科背景在读本科或研究生，专业如机械、自动化、材料、电子、工业工程等优先。
Professional Experience & skills 工作经验及技能
- Good oral and written English; 英语口语及书写能力良好；
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills 具备良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to collaborate across departments 具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力, 能跨部门合作
- Good computer skills, especially Data Analysis Tools/ automation Tools. 良好的计算机技能，尤其是数据分析及自动化软件。
