About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Support Trainee to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering student to gain practical experience in a dynamic, international work environment. You will act as a bridge between our customer care team in Europe and our Chinese manufacturing partners, helping to answer technical product questions and support issue resolution.

Type: Part-Time / Internship (Flexible hours to suit class schedules)
Duration: [6 months, with possibility of extension]
Key Responsibilities:
61 Respond to technical product inquiries from the European customer care team.
61 Communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers to gather product information and clarify technical issues.
61 Use internal documentation and ERP systems to find accurate information and resolve customer questions.
61 Maintain detailed records of technical questions and solutions provided.
61 Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product knowledge and support materials.
61 Support process improvement initiatives related to technical communication and product support.
Qualifications:
61 Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
61 Good understanding of engineering concepts and technical thinking.
61 Strong written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly with international teams.
61 Organized and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
61 Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (training provided if needed).
61 Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
61 Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required.
