Responsibilities:
We’re seeking a motivated and passionate young HR talent to join our energetic HR team in China. This is a structured global program designed to strengthen the talent pipeline in China. For HR position, we will provide two years of rotation program,
1. *** 18 months to rotate within all HR functions to familiarize different teams as well as company businesses
a) 3 months in Recruitment & Talent acquisition team, assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments if needed; Support employer branding initiatives and global HELLO project
b) 3-6 months in HRSS, support employee life cycle including smooth on boarding for new hires, documentation, maintain employee records, HR database and new employee orientation; assist in daily employee support ie issue certificates, reports, letters
c) 3-6 months in Total reward, get to know the basic knowledge about C&B, support on data collection, analysis, contribute to HR process enhancement and policy updates and harmonization
d) 6 months in HRBP team including site, support BP on daily manager/ employee communication, annual performance cycle; support site HRBP in annual internal/ external audit, daily L&D coordination; help HRBP team in generating HR metrics and reports related to attrition, retention and support on annual Employee Engagement Survey activities
2. Next 6 months to pick up 1-2 functions with major responsibilities in driving 1 global project+ two local projects, job scope can also be extended to Asia region
3. By end of the program high performance HR talent will have the chance to transition to a full time HR role (HRBP/ Expert) in China based on individual interests and company offering.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in HR function, basic understanding of all three pillars in HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese, knowledge in Japanese or Korean will be a plus
Proactiveness, open minded, detailed oriented
Curiosity and strong learning capabilities
Ability to multitask, good team player and work in a dynamic environment
Willing to travel (1/4 of the time will be required to travel to the site in Jiangsu province)
