Key Objectives of this Role:
1. Participate in Full Hardware Development Lifecycle:
61 Assist in project schedule tracking and documentation management
61 Learn hardware design specification verification processes
61 Support creation of manufacturing hardware EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials)
2. Hardware Design & Development:
61 Collaborate on schematic design and support PCB layout engineers
61 Prepare hardware design/software interface documents under mentorship
61 Gain hands-on experience in creating hardware quality documents (WCCA/DFMEA)
3. Testing & Validation Support:
61 Assist in hardware performance testing (EMC/reliability/certification tests)
61 Participate in defect analysis and design improvement implementation
61 Provide basic technical support for production lines
4. Continuous Improvement:
61 Engage in cost optimization studies
61 Support engineering change request implementation
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
61 Graduate with bachelor’s/master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
61 Solid foundation in analog/digital circuit principles
61 Academic exposure or project experience in:
o Basic schematic design tools (Mentor/Cadence)
o Lab equipment operation (oscilloscopes/multimeters)
o Fundamental PCB layout concepts
61 Strong teamwork mindset and learning agility
61 CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency for technical documentation
