Main Responsibilities
1. Review and/or Comment on agreements/contracts –
a. Conduct contract review for assigned contracts topics in customer-facing documents including customer purchase orders, agreements with Distributors & Authorized Resellers, NDAs, Integrity Pacts, and other similar documents, where the proposed clause(s) deviate from Moog standard terms.
b. Facilitate the review of contracts of supply chain topics and lead the communications with the local stakeholders.
2. Contracts Compliance and Risk Management –
a. Assist the Line Manager to conduct basic due diligence and transaction review as appropriate by following Moog trade compliance policy.
b. Assist in the preparing, executing and improving of contracts compliance procedures to ensure effective understanding of these procedures by relevant staff in China sites, as well as assisting in the monitoring of the execution of these procedures.
c. Maintain complete accurate contracts and compliance files with approval records per guidance, e.g. DRR, I-Pact, Trade Compliance.
d. Support Line Manager to deliver training programs on contract and compliance topics to the internal audience including topic selection and material preparation. Archive the training records coordinating with HR.
3. Company Registration and Governance –
a. Assist Line Manager to prepare and update the business license or company filing for registered Moog companies in China in collaboration with Finance by following applicable Chinese laws.
Job Requirements
1. Essential: 1- 2 years’ experience in pre- and/or post-sales contract administration or sales operation control or equivalent commercial coordinator experience
2. Desirable: BA degree or similar in business administration or business/contract law or international trade.
3. Fluent business English both in oral and written; strong business and contractual Chinese Mandarin; any other language is an advantage.
