About this Position
● Take the role of production process owner. Improve production line’s performance by process standardization and process-related CI projects.
What you07ll do
● Lead CI projects: reduce cycle time / increase pass rate / improve yield / optimize planning wheel etc.
● Process related support for other departments.
● Review & update FMEA & control plan.
● Review & update process-related documents.
● Master data collection & confirmation: cycle time / batch size / capacity / size of reactor or mixer etc.
● Lead or support qualification process for equipment related MOC.
● Reports, documents preparation.
Qualifications：
What makes you a good fit
● Bachelor’s degree, master is preferred.
● 1-3 years working year.
● Good English communication.
● Good Computer skill.
