61 Design synthetic route and synthetic plan based on the chemistry plan using SciFinder/Reaxys or AI design software. Strong ability of designing the efficient and convergent synthetic route. Skilled in literature search
61 Deep understanding on organic chemistry and mechanism
61 Expertise in trouble shooting and optimizing multi-step synthesis of small molecules
61 Support the daily work of the project leader and report the progress to the supervisor
任职资格
61 Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry, or related fields, graduated from US or EU are preferred
61 Undergraduate school in China 985 is preferred
61 Good English oral and writing communication skills
