夜班质检员 Night Shift Quality Inspector
主要职责 Summary of Responsibilities:
夜班质检员负责在夜间监控和改进操作流程的质量以及自身生产和外部供
应的产品质量把控。
The Night Shift Quality Inspector is responsible for the monitoring and
improvement of the quality of operational processes and outputs of own
production and external supplies during the night time.
责任 Responsibilities:
- 定期审核生产线，确保其符合公司或项目相关标准;
Performing regular audits production lines to ensure they comply with
company or project related standards;
- 在项目要求范围内保持自身认证要求和继续教育/培训需求;
Maintain within project requirements personal certification and continuing
education/training needs;
- 确保质控部门就所有质控措施及时与客户、分包商和第三方沟通;
Perform prompt communication to customers, subcontractors and third
parties in regards to all QA/QC activities;
- 监督合同合规性的主要和分包行动，监督风险并提出风险缓解建议;
Monitors prime and subcontract actions for contract compliance,
monitors risk and contributes suggestions for risk mitigation;
- 跟踪质量保证指标，如缺陷密度和开放缺陷计数;
Track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect
counts;
- 检查产品材料和电气系统的缺陷和耐用性;
Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and
durability;
- 参与制造日志（MRB）的审查和处理过程;
Participate in the Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) review and
disposition process;
- 评估每个新项目的独特需求，并制定项目特定的质量控制程序和计划来解
决这些问题;
Assess the unique needs of each new project and propose a
development of project-specific quality control procedures and plans;
- 提交不合格记录并开展后续活动，以确保采取有效的纠正和预防措施，防
止再次发生;
Submit non-conformity records and carry out follow-up activities to
ensure that effective corrective and preventive actions are taken to
prevent recurrence;
- 保持内部不符合项的记录，并开展后续活动，以确保采取有效的纠正和预
防措施，防止再次发生;
Maintain records of non-conformances and conduct follow-up activities to
ensure that effective corrective and preventive actions are taken to
prevent recurrences;
- 确保测量和测试设备的***利用、校准、维修和维护，保持其准确性和可
靠性。
Control the utilization, calibration, repair, and maintenance of supplier’s
measurement and testing equipment,including their accuracy and
reliability.
任职资格 Qualifications:
- 至少1年质量保证和质量控制管理或产品质量检验的相关工作经验;
Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance and
quality control management or inspection of products’ quality ;
- 工科专科或学士学位，技能优秀者其他院校毕业者也可优先考虑;
Engineering diploma or bachelor's degree, or who graduates with other
educational background with excellent skills may also be given priority
consideration;
- 在质量管理体系中进行注册或认证，有丰富的质量控制方法方面的专业知识;
Registration or certification in quality management systems is desirable,
demonstrating expertise in quality control methodologies;
- 以其具备的经验及能力，更好地完成对生产流程及质量的把控;
To control the project manufacturing process and quality excellently with
his experience and abilities;
- 具备英文读写能力优先考虑。
English reading and writing skills are preferred.
- 有电缆质检经验优先考虑。
Experience in cable quality inspection is preferred.
