This role is responsible for delivering transactional
support services for Mars China’s Procure to Pay process (P2P) for one or more
segments across China. The role is part of Mars Procurement Shared Service
organization (MCS) which is designed to enable operational excellence and
efficiency across Mars’s Procurement operations.
The role will act as the MCS main point of contact for
the Buying community across Direct Buying functional area, providing P2P
process coordination and support for Mars’s raw materials and packaging buyers

· University degree preferred in
Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business.
· Professional knowledge of
Mandarin/Cantonese language.
· Good level of English language
is also required.
· Basic knowledge of core P2P
functional competencies.
· Good communication and
interpersonal skills.
· Basic problem solving skills.
· Excellent planning and
organizational skills; ability to organize workload.
· Ability to analyze data and
assess information quickly.
· Dedicated to meeting the
expectations and requirements of customers.
· Good written and verbal
communication skills.

team and using own initiative.
· Excellent attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
· Act as a point of contact in
MCS for queries related to Direct buying transactional P2P processes.
· Provide support to buyers
within the defined P2P process guidelines.
· Work efficiently with a wide
range of internal clients.
· Actively seek and identify
inefficiencies of the existing systems & processes.
· Provide support to MCS Senior
Specialists with the current process improvement projects.
· Support process improvement
initiatives across P2P processes.
· Track metrics and KPIs as
defined in MCS Service Catalogue.
· Together with the area leads work on continuous improvement of existing and creation of new process documentation.
Professional experience:
· Preferred experience in Shared
Service Centers (Master data, Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement),
procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments would be an asset.
