职位描述 Job Description
1. 负责焊缝及工件的超声波/着色渗透/磁粉探伤检测；
Responsible for UT/PT/MT inspection for the weld seams and parts.
2. 负责来料机加工件的质量检测；
Responsible for the incoming quality inspection for the machining parts.
3. 协助翻新机械部件的检查；Assist in the inspection of refurbished parts.
4. 协助钢结构和其他机械部件的质量检测；
Assist in the quality inspection of steel structures and other mechanical parts.
5. 协助调查不合格品的根本原因，跟进措施的实施；
Assist in the investigation of the root cause and monitor the actions to non-conformity parts.
6. 对自己工作范围内的工作质量和安全负责；Responsible for the quality and safety of own work.
7. 及时完成质量检查报告并向上司汇报。
Complete the quality inspection report in time and report to superior.
8. 上司安排的其他工作。Other works assigned by the superior.
职位要求 Requirements
1. 中专以上学历，无损检测、焊接或材料等相关专业。
Technical secondary school or above, major in NDT, welding, or materials.
2. 能够阅读机械结构、机加工零件图纸。
Ability to read drawings of mechanical structures, machined parts.
3. 一年以上无损检测工作经验，持有行业认可的无损检测UT/MT/PT 1级或2级资格且证书在有效期范围内。
With more than one year of experience in UT/MT/PT, hold Industry-recognized NDT Level 1 or Level 2 qualification and certificate within the validity period.
4.有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作态度踏实认真、责任心强，能吃苦耐劳。
Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, practical and serious work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, able to bear hardships and stand hard work.
5. 能适应短期出差，任务紧张时能偶尔加班。
Can take a short-term travel, work overtime in case of urgent cases.
