工作职责:
1. Handle daily external customer complaints/feedback, coordinate with the related parties for quality analysis and improvement, and follow up the corrective action implementation.
处理外部客户的投诉/反馈,协调相关部门的质量分析和改进,跟踪改进措施。
2. Analyze monthly return result from different customers and follow up on the actions, Issue the report.
分析不同客户的月度退片,跟踪改进措施,发表报告。
3. Organize and participate the quality review meeting with customers. Visit customers if need.
组织和参与客户的质量会议,拜访客户。
4. Handle inner customer feedback or findings.
处理内部客户反馈和发现。
5. Establish and maintain procedures to standard documentation for existing/new products.
跟踪和维护已有的质量标准,创建新的质量标准。
6. Support Asia quality on the process capacity audit
支持亚洲质量部门工艺能力审核。
