Position Description:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
61 Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
61 Track project progress to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and team members.
61 Manage project documents and materials to ensure accuracy and traceability.
2. Communication and Coordination:
61 Act as a communication bridge between the project team, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate information transfer and timely feedback.
61 Arrange and chair project meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of meeting resolutions.
61 Coordinate the work among team members to resolve any communication barriers and conflicts.
3. Risk Management and Problem Solving:
61 Assist in identifying potential project risks and developing corresponding mitigation measures.
61 Identify issues in the project execution process in a timely manner and work with the team to find solutions.
4. Budget Management:
61 Assist the Project Manager in monitoring the project budget to ensure costs are controlled within the budget.
61 Track project expenses and provide regular budget execution reports to the Project Manager.
5. Quality Control:
61 Participate in the development and implementation of the project quality plan to ensure project outcomes meet the predetermined quality standards.
61 Assist in the acceptance and delivery of project results.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Education:
61 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related fields.
2. Work Experience:
61 Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles. Experience in cross-departmental projects is a plus.
3. Skills:
61 Strong English reading and writing skills to handle project documentation and communication
