Overall responsibilities and duties:
o To control and improve local daily manifest, physical receiving and erp receiving负责控制和改进调货，收货以及系统收货的全过程。
o Ensure warehouse other assignment in process and responsible for his team members’ performance.确保仓库的各项职能正常有序进行，对其组员的工作完成情况负责。
o Coordinate with other dept. relative warehouse issues.协调仓库与其他接口部门相关事宜。
o Work with GAP members in the production line, coach GAP members in how to perform their role与本GAP的员工一起参与生产工作，指导员工做好他们的工作。
o Tour GAP area to check cleanliness对本GAP区域的5s 情况进行巡检。
o Lead warehouse’ QRCI, and react other dept. QRCI relative with shopfloor.主持仓库的QRCI，响应其他部门关于现场的QRCI。
o Update GAP board information.GAP板信息更新
o Back up for absence 替班
o Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations确保完全遵守HSE规章制度
o Reflect the GAP member’s ideas of improvement of working conditions and ergonomics 反映组员工对工作环境及人机工程的改善意见
o Discuss improvement ideas with operator与操作工一起讨论合理化建议
o Audit standardized work(identify variation in cycle time & cause) and report to supervisor if there’s any problem.检查标准工作（识别各种节拍变化及原因）有问题及时向主管汇报）
o Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等
