主要职责
1 管理总经理的日程安排,组织会议、安排会议。
2 协助处理电子邮件、电话及其他沟通事务。
3 陪同总经理参加会议,做会议记录和后续跟进。
4 安排商务出行并准备相关文件。
5 协助总经理管理项目及日常事务。
6 撰写报告、演示文稿及简报材料。
7 协助内部与外部的沟通协调。
8 根据需要完成临时交办的各类任务。
9 代表总经理与客户和合作方沟通联系。
任职要求
1 中英文听说读写流利(必须),日常工作交流使用英文。
2 本科及以上学历优先,但不是硬性要求。
3 欢迎应届毕业生和有经验的候选人应聘 —— 我们看重的是积极的态度、主动性以及学习的意愿。
4 熟练操作 Microsoft Office 软件(Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。

8 工作时间灵活,能适应商务出差及期间的工作安排。
工作时间与安排
1 每周一至周五,常驻番禺办公室。
2 工作时间:上午 9:00 至下午 6:00(部分情况下需加班),午休一小时。
3 需在必要时与总经理一起出差或参加会议活动。

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the General Manager to support our operations in the Greater Bay Area. This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to a small but dynamic international service company.

Key Responsibilities
61 Manage the GM’s schedule, organise meetings and appointments
61 Assist in handling emails, calls, and correspondence
61 Accompany the GM to meetings and take notes or minutes
61 Arrange business travel and prepare relevant documentation
61 Support the GM in managing ongoing projects and initiatives
61 Draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials
61 Assist in coordinating internal and external communications
61 Carry out ad hoc tasks as needed
61 Liaise with clients and partners on behalf of the GM
Requirements
61 Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential (spoken and written) as you will use English every day.
61 University education is preferred, but not required
61 Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply — we value a positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn

Working Hours & Conditions
61 Monday to Friday, office-based in Panyu
61 Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (overtime may occasionally be required), lunch break one hour.
