职位概述
This position is responsible for all activities related to his/her projects.
岗位职责
1. Assist sales manager and sales staff to collect, input, maintain and summarize sales data (such as monthly report/quarterly report etc.); (15%)
2. Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical statements and reports of various sales indicators; (15%)
3. Help sales manager to manage and maintain key accounts and deal with the system processes required by key accounts if need, such as CATL, CRRC, etc.; (15%)
4. Assist sales staff to handle the internal system quotation processes, such as iCert quotation; (10%)
5. Summary, statistics, calculation and verification of sales incentives every season; (15%)
6. Collect, arrange and summarize market situation and price information as well as new product and clients source data, and submit analysis report for sales manager’s reference; (10%)
7. Support on marketing events; (5%)
8. Documents/reports/PPT preparation if need; (5%)
9. Assist sales staff to communicate with other departments; (5%)
10. Perform other duties assigned by the sales manager; (5%)
任职条件
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Self-motivated with negotiation skills;
4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
5. Excellent skill of PC, excel, power point software;
6. Able to work independently and handle multi-task under pressure;
