Job responsibilities:
1. Review and analysis the rationality of the manpower request by communicating with the relevant department (Operation, IE, planning, etc.).
2. Track the approval process for the HC request.
3. Set up recruitment plan according to the recruitment request.
4. Select qualified candidates through the appropriate recruitment channel according to the position requirements for the hiring manager's interview.
5. Interview and evaluate candidates with the hiring manager according to the jointly agreed assessment criteria and method.
6. Discuss the proposal offer for candidates with C&B team and the hiring manager, and then reach a decision.
7. Negotiate the offer with the candidate, confirming and scheduling the onboarding date.
8. Analyse the reasons why candidates rejected the offer and implement continuous improvement.
9. Conduct the reference checks according to the company’s recruitment process and position's requirement.
10. Coordinate departments to update the JD timely and follow the JD approval process in order to provide timely and accurate position basic information to support recruitment, performance management and employee development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. - Major in HR, English or Management
2. 1–3 years' experience
3. Experience in recruitment, compensation would be an advantage
4. Fluency in English, both verbal and written
5. Passion for excellence, Positive attitude, Good communication and teamwork skills
6. Excellent time management, learning on the fly and multitasking skills
7. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
