PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be as the unique contact window between business and IT. Understand end user needs, transfer to IT requirements then submits to related stakeholders.
2. Be as the IT super user to work with IT to fix daily IT infrastructure tasks. Ex: Helpdesk, Network, RF, etc.
3. Be as the IT super user to work with IT to manage daily application issues. Ex: WMS, TMS, PowerBI, SAP, etc.
4. Low value IT assets which cost lower than 250 AUD procurement. Ex: Mouse, Keyboard, Mobile Hard Disk, etc.
5. Assist with IT manager to do the annual IT fixed assets inventory.
6. Be as IT project coordinator to assist with IT PM during the IT project. To reduce the cost of communication and key information can be delivered on time.
7. Assist with IT manager to optimize IT vendor. Existing vendor KPI review, and new vendor sourcing.
8. Be as the IT super user, he or she needs to continue coach end user how to get corresponding IT service correctly. Ex: Tickets, 400 call or local IT vendor.
9. Documentation for those BRD, User Manual, System SOP and BCP.
10. Automation and report development. Ex: Python script, Power BI, etc. (Optional)
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
1. Follow the command of the IT department and file no more than 3 IT complaints within 1 year.
2. Complete all tasks assigned by the IT department on time.
3. In case of emergency, overtime work outside of working hours is required and cannot be refused.
4. Improve IT service satisfaction with 0 user complaints.
SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical
1. Skilled use Microsoft products. Ex: Work, Excel, Outlook.
2. Understand internet and intranet and has troubleshooting ability.
3. Understand diverse O/S and could do the trouble shooting. Ex: Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
4. Basic computer repair capability. Ex: replace memory, fault diagnosis, network device listing and delisting.

6. 3PL business or WMS/TMS knowledge is a plus.
Business
7. Logistics basic knowledge is preferred.
Human Relations
8. Good communication, and capable of withstanding pressure and willing to work overtime during emergency issue.
ESSENTIAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
9. Active learning and cando attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
10. 23 – 30 years old, IT engineer or coordinator background.
11. English read and write capability.
12. 1 year+ work experience of IT related jobs.
