61 Assist with scheduling contractors for preventative FM maintenance to limit downtime for all critical equipment
61 协助服务承包商执行预防性维保工作计划,以降低所有关键设备设施的突发运行停止几率;
61 Assist with reporting on Facilities Management
61 协助向设施管理团队进行日常报告;
61 Assist with arranging ad-hoc FM repairs as required
61 应客户要求协助安排临时性的设施维修服务;
61 Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
61 遵循既定的事故升级上报流程跟进报告发生的事故。
Environment Management:

61 Assist FM/FO to ensure a good office environment, including arranging ad-hoc office fabric repairs, and monitoring landscaping services and cleaning services
61 协助设施主管向服务客户提供一个良好的办公室环境,包括安排即时性的办公室结构维修,以及监督景观美化和卫生保洁工作质量;
61 Highlight and promote company sustainability initiatives as appropriate.
61 视情况筹划提出公司可持续性倡议。
Vendor Management:
供应商管理
61 Assist with evaluation of FM contractors’ service performance.
61 协助对服务供应商的工作质量和服务表现进行评价;
61 Checking that suppliers have correct identification in accordance with our requirements.
61 依据既定的工作要求,检查服务供应商是否对服务内容,服务时效等有正确的认知。
Customer Service/Client Relationships:
客户服务/客户关系维持
61 Keep good communication with RBWM & CRE teams to ensure customer satisfaction regarding FM services.
61 与零售银行部及房地产部保持良好的沟通,确保客户方面对综合设施管理部的工作有较高的满意度;
61 Ensure FM operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained.
61 保证综合设施管理部日常营运规程被严格遵循,保证既定的服务标准能够被一直保持。
Space Management:
空间布局管理
61 If required, assist with providing an accurate seating plan to support space management on monthly basis to Space Data Management team.
61 如有需要,协助提供准确的工作位空间格局计划,每月度向汇丰银行空间数据管理团队进行报告
