岗位职责 Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Assistantto support our sales team while handling key customer service functions. This role is perfect for those who enjoy both client interaction and operational coordination.
协助商务团队并承担重要客户服务工作。这一复合型职位适合喜欢客户沟通与业务协调的人才。
销售支持 / Sales Support
- Maintain CRM data and generate client reports for sales strategy development.
维护CRM数据并生成客户分析报告,支持销售策略制定。
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
在销售、运营和财务团队间协调,确保订单顺利执行。

其他商务相关安排工作:
客户服务 / Customer Service
- Act as secondary contact for key accounts, handling inquiries.
作为重点客户的次要联系人,处理客户查询。
- Proactively monitor shipments, identify delays, and escalate to operations.
主动跟踪货件状态,识别延误并向运营部门升级。
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (Excel/PPT) for client reviews.
制作周度/月度客户绩效报告(使用Excel/PPT)。
- Document and analyze recurring service issues to drive improvements.
记录并分析重复性等服务问题,推动改进措施。

其他客服相关安排工作。
任职要求 / Requirements
教育背景 / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields.
本科及以上学历(商务、物流等相关专业优先)。
语言能力 / Language
- Fluent English (CET-6+ equivalent) for written/verbal communication.
英语流利(CET-6或同等水平),具备书面及口头沟通能力。
技能要求 / Skills
- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
熟练使用Excel(数据透视表/VLOOKUP)和PPT。
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
有CRM系统(如Salesforce)经验者优先。
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
能在紧迫时限下多任务处理并分清优先级。
经验要求 / Experience
1+ years in sales support/customer service (fresh graduates with internships considered).
1年以上销售支持/客服经验(有相关实习经验的应届生可考虑)。
