Key Responsibilities / 主要工作职责
1.???? Deliver front-line IT support for classrooms and events, including early-morning shifts, off-hours, and off-site activities; manage user inquiries and support tickets.
负责教室及活动（包括早班、非工作时间及校外活动）的一线IT支持，处理用户咨询并管理支持工单。
2.???? Conduct basic IT training sessions, assist event technical support, maintain and audit IT asset records, and ensure accurate documentation.
开展基础IT培训，协助活动现场技术支持，维护与审计IT资产记录，确保文档准确性。
? ? ?3． Maintain IT internal websites and knowledge base, collect and analyze?service-related data, and assist in cybersecurity compliance efforts.
? ? ?收集与分析服务数据，维护内部IT网站及知识库，协助网络安全与合规相关工作。

Job Requirements / 岗位要求
1.???? Bachelor degree or above from an internationally recognized university.
? ? ? ? ? ?全日制统招本科学位或以上学历。
2.???? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong documentation and organizational skills.
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint），具备良好的文档编写与整理能力。
3.???? Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written), capable of effective interaction with international users and teams.
流利的英语听说读写能力，能够与国际用户及团队进行高效沟通。
4.???? Proactive, service-oriented attitude with flexibility to support early-morning, off-hour, and off-site activities as needed.
积极主动、以服务为导向，能根据需要支持早班、非工作时间及校外活动。
