工作职责:
1. 根据各BU/site年度HC Budget和各业务部门的实际招聘需要求,及时响应,完成招聘计划。在规定时间周期(季度/月度),招聘交付人员质量和数量满足部门对人员的需求。
Execute recruitment plans responsively based on annual HC budgets across BUs/sites and actual hiring demands from business units. Ensure both the quality and quantity of hires meet departmental requirements within specified timelines (quarterly/monthly).
2. 协助主管共同拟定和交付各类招聘项目运营,并能够独立承接部分项目工作。积极参与主导一项或多项招聘项目,如校招营运,内部推荐、内部竞聘、海外招聘、招聘制度建设迭代等,提升招聘效率。
Assist in jointly formulating and delivering various recruitment project operations, and independently undertake partial project work. Actively participate in leading one or multiple recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment operations, internal referrals, internal competitions, overseas recruitment, and the iteration of recruitment system development, to enhance recruitment efficiency.。
3. 与用人部门高效沟通职位需求并定期汇报招聘进展,完成候选人所有的简历筛选、面试安排、背景调查,录用审批等全过程。确保招聘流程完整、合规并留档。
Efficiently communicate position requirements with hiring departments and provide regular recruitment progress updates. Manage the end-to-end hiring process including resume screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and offer approval, ensuring full compliance and proper documentation of all recruitment procedures.
4. 和SSC/Staffing/payroll团队合作,确保员工信息准确性,包括但不限于招聘系统中的入职流程,递交月度/年度相关报表。
Work with SSC/Staffing/Payroll teams to ensure the accuracy of employee information, including but not limited to the onboarding process in the recruitment system, and submit monthly/annual relevant reports.
5. 确保员工档案中入职材料录入准确并收集完整,包括但不限于学历及薪资核查、是否超龄、是否rehire等,员工审计时相关材料100%齐全。
Ensure accurate documentation and complete collection of onboarding materials in employee files, including but not limited to education verification, salary validation, age compliance checks, and rehire eligibility screening, with 100% availability of all required materials during employee audits.
6. 及时更新岗位说明书和竞对市场信息。对于上级布置的工作积极配合,如跨site支持招聘,跨团队支持其他工作等。与其他招聘同事通力合作,共享信息及资源。
Timely update job descriptions and competitor market intelligence. Proactively support assignments from supervisors, including cross-site recruitment assistance and cross-team collaboration. Work closely with other recruiters to share information and resources.
7. 主管安排的其他工作。
Other assigned work by superiors.
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业更佳。具备良好的中、英文口语和书写能力。
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or related fields. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
2. 有1年以上HR招聘工作经验,有化工企业或制药企业经验者优先考虑。
Minimum 1 year of HR recruitment experience, with preference given to candidates with background in chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
3. 良好的人才识别及甄选能力,能够根据岗位要求进行人才识别。
Strong talent identification and selection capabilities, able to accurately assess candidates against job requirements.
4. 具备良好的沟通及表达能力;工作严谨细致,同时具有良好的数据分析及统计能力。
Excellent communication and presentation skills; meticulous and detail-oriented work approach, coupled with strong data analysis and statistical capabilities.
