1. 根据客户项目开发要求，制定项目开发计划，并确保项目开发按计划完成。
Make project plan according to customer requirements and ensure project development is completed as planned.
2. 成立项目开发小组，领导项目开发小组按进度完成各阶段的开发，并协调资源。
Set up a project team, and lead them to complete all stages of development according to schedule, and coordinate resources.
3. 按照APQP流程，领导项目小组完成产品设计开发、验证和确认，组织实施各阶段的评审，组织相关人员解决开发阶段出现的问题，并顺利完成项目交接。
Lead project team to complete product design, validation and confirmation according to APQP process, organize gate review and solve problems in development stage, and complete project handover successfully.
4. 在项目开发过程中，保持与客户良好的沟通，根据需要与客户进行必要的技术交流。
Keep good communication with customers, and carry out necessary technical communication with customers.
5. 根据项目开发进度要求，及时组织各阶段的样品的生产、检验、测试与交付，并跟踪客户端样品验证结果。
Organize sample production, inspection, testing and delivery during the project development, and tracking the results of customer-side validation.
6. 负责组织实施项目发阶段的设计变更，包括图纸BOM变更、产品切换计划的制定、实施与跟踪。
Responsible for design change, including drawing/BOM change and switch plan make and follow.
7. 负责对客户项目开发过程的问题推进、组织安排支持部门分析、改善
Responsible for the promotion of problems in the process of customer project development, arranged the support department to analyze and improve them.
8. 积极开展与国际团队的合作，并负责推动职责范围内的各项工作。
Actively cooperate with the international team and be responsible for promoting the work within the scope of responsibility.
9. 负责产品设计开发过程环境因素的识别和评价，在设计中从生命周期的观点出发，控制产品相关的环境因素。
Responsible for the identification and evaluation of environmental factors in the process of product design and development, and control environmental factors related to products from the perspective of life cycle in design
10. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求：
1. 本科及本科以上，机械或工程专业
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or mechanical.
2. 至少一年以上工业相关工作经验，有客户对接、项目管理经验优先
At least 1 year industry related experience, customer connection, project management experience is preferred.
3. 了解IATF16949 &14001质量/环境管理体系，APQP、PPAP、FEMA等质量工具
Training in IATF 16949&ISO14001/APQP/PPAP/FEMA etc.

5. 优秀的英语读、写及口语表达能力
Good written and spoken English.
6. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用MS office软件

Good command of engineering software like Solid Works, UG, Catia, etc.
