Responsibilities:
Timely, accurately and efficiently performs the following job duties:
1. HR related:
1). Support for employee archive management, including setup, maintain and update both soft version in sharing folder and hard version.
2). Support for recruitment, including interview coordination and the follow-up of on/off boarding process.
3). Support for training, including collection and integration of store information.
4). Complete other tasks be assigned by superior.
2. Admin related:
1). Support for work meal management, cleaning management, admin maintenance management
2). Support for accommodation reservation and flight ticket reservation
3). Support for company activities, for example annual party, ceremony, holiday greeting...
4). Complete other tasks be assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Good communication skill
3. Good at cooperation and coordination
4. Strong sense of confidentiality
5. Familiar with MS office software
6. Internship for 6 months or more
