Main Responsibilities
61Responsible for infrastructure and facility management to maintain and improve the performance of the site services and shared service utilities. These facilities cover HVAC, Substations, DESS, CCTV, Walkie talkie station, street lighting, security system, water, nitrogen, etc. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all site public areas (buildings, grounds, roads, fences, lighting, gates, etc.).
61Responsible for update the drawings and technical documents of above infrastructure facilities, include eMoC related technical documents.
61Provide technical support to HSE Dep. for maintenance and projects such as fire fighting system.
61Assigned as SEO(Site Energy officer), Responsible for site energy management to maximize synergies between all three BE plants, work together with PEO(Plant Energy Officers) implement company energy strategy, execute energy saving projects. Integrated all plants energy, gas, water, cooling water, nitrogen, compressed air measurement system to site digital platform, analyze data and create report monthly. Initiate and lead related energy project such as energy storage system, sola panel system etc.
61Prepare and coordinate with local government for energy audit, coordinating with local power suppliers for energy/utility quota, etc. Respond urgent requirement from Power/Water supply company and coordinate with site production team.
61Prepare and submit required data to local government platform monthly, collect and deal with energy invoice issue with Finance and Procurement team.
61Coordinate site local IT work with COV China IT and to implement company IT standards and programs.

61Supports positive site bottom line site by controlling site service costs, infrastructure &facility maintenance costs and energy costs.

Qualifications:
61Education: Bachelor degree or above in related engineering fields
Experience and skills:
61Minimum of 5 years of hands on managerial and technical experience in industry, E/I background is prefer.
61Solid experience and knowledge of facility/asset management, trouble shooting
61Strong technical background with wide experience and knowledge in plant, infrastructure, utility etc.
61SAP maintenance module skill is needed
61Competent in written and spoken English, especially technical English
61Computer skills; hardware and software
