ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Support fleet events investigation and fleet issues resolution on data collecting, fleet experience summary, investigation progress tracking etc.
61 Support leading indicator programs on customer/MRO communications and data collecting.
61 Support Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) documents updating, including Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual (FIM), Service Bulletin (SB) and Engine Manual (EM).
61 Support Initial Provisioning data maintenance to fulfill enter-into-service (EIS) customer’ needs on spare parts provisioning.
61 Support customer inquiries response and follow-up.
61 Support customer technical communications including material preparation, meeting notes and action items follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
61 Fluent in Mandarin and English
61 Bachelor’s degree or plus in Engineering, Mechanical, Mathematic, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
61 3+ years of experience in turbofan engine engineering position or 3+ years on commercial engine line maintenance or systems trouble shooting experience.
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
61 3+ years of experience in aircraft engine hardware design, analysis, testing or system integration is highly desirable.
