Job Requirements：
1. Assist to analyse trade lane performance and develop route-specific strategies.
2. Assist in setting freight rates based on market analysis and company objectives.
3. Support sales and trade teams with trade-specific market insights and pricing.
4. Assist in monitoring competitor activity and market information from commercial team to the trade team
5. Assist to prepare regular reports on trade and vessel performance (volume, space utilization and PNL).
6. Assist in setting up local charges and requirements for overseas agencies when required
7. Assist in improving work processes to enhance efficiency and communication within the team and agencies
8. Other duties/ad-hoc tasks assigned
任职要求：
1、25/26年毕业，本科及以上学历，航运管理，物流管理等专业；
2、对航运业有一点了解，对航运业有兴趣者优先考虑；
3、细心仔细，良好的思考与执行能力，良好的表达与沟通能力 ；
4、熟练office软件，PPT等办公软件；
5、英语CET4，听说读写熟练应用；
