Responsibilities:
1. KOL Selection and Campaign Execution: Identify, select, and collaborate with suitable KOLs on Douyin and Xiaohongshu platforms to promote Nivea products. Ensure the content meets brand standards and effectively reaches the target audience through strategic placement.
2. Content Creation and Communication: Draft detailed briefs and coordinate with influencers, review and provide feedback on drafts to ensure the final output meets campaign theme.
3. KOL Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with KOLs.
4. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze KOL data with agency. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
5. Competitive Analysis: Monitor the market for similar products and stay updated on the advertising and marketing strategies of competitors.
Requirements:
1. Education and Experience: Above bachelor's degree. 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in social media marketing, preferably in the skincare industry.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in using Excel and PPT for data analysis and presentation.
3. Industry Passion and Insights: Have a deep understanding and passion of the mainstream media influencer ecosystem
