In 1889, Edwin Ruud invented the *** automatic volume water heater. In 1925, Ruud Group was founded in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. With 131 years of history, Ruud Group is the world's leading manufacturer of heating, cooling, water heating, pool @ spa heating and commercial refrigeration products. It is one of the world's leading manufacturers of water heaters.
Rheem, Rund, Everhot, Raypak, Eemax, Intergas, Solahart, Vulcan and many other international brands are owned by Rheem Group. The Group has 10 R&D centers, 11 water departments and 14 production centers around the world. II. Rheem China
In 1994, as one of the early batch of foreign companies in China, Rheem Australia set up a Joint-Venture (JV) in Chengdu under the brand of Everhot - Everhot Water Heater (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. In 2008, the JV was wholly owned by Rheem Group and officially changed the name to Rheem (China) Water Heater Co., Ltd in 2010. In 2020, Rheem Group further promoted the globalization strategy and focus on China to invest in the construction of the world's 6th R&D center and the world's 7th Innovation Learning Center (ILC) in Chengdu, Rheem China’s headquaters location.
Rheem China has been providing customers with excellent quality products by virtue of its global resource advantage all over the years. Since the establishment, we have introduced advanced storage (tank) product line from Australia, specializing in producing electric Storage and storage. Since 2000, in order to meet the domestic market demand, we started to develop horizon electric storage. In 2004, the company began to develop and produce heat pump products independently, which became one of the pioneers of heat pump products in China. In 2007, we began selling Raypak boiler products in China market. In 2012, the company introduced Paloma rapid gas water heater assembly line from Japan. In 2015, Rheem Group acquired EEMax, a global brand of instant electric water heaters to enter into China market. In 2017, Rheem acquired the top European brand Intergas, and the wall furnace products were added to our China production line.

二、瑞美（中国）
1994年，澳大利亚瑞美作为***进入中国的外资企业之一，以EVERHOT（恒热）品牌在成都成立合资公司——豪特容积热水器（成都）有限责任公司。2008年，合资公司被瑞美集团全资控股，并于2010年正式更名为瑞美（中国）热水器有限公司。2020年，瑞美集团进一步推动全球化战略，成立中国区，并于成都总部投资建设全球第六个研发中心、全球第七个创新学习中心。
多年来，瑞美（中国）凭借集团全球化的资源优势，不断为用户带来品质卓越的产品。公司成立之初，引进澳大利亚先进的容积式产品生产线，专业生产容积式电和燃气热水器。2000年开始，为满足国内市场需求，开发横挂式电热水器。2004年，公司开始自主研发生产热泵产品，成为国内热泵产品的先行者之一。2007年，Raypak锅炉开始在中国市场销售。2012年，公司引进日本Paloma快速燃气热水器专业装配线。 2015年，瑞美集团收购全球***即热式电热水器品牌Eemax，即热式电热水器随之进入中国市场。2017年，集团收购欧洲***品牌Intergas，壁挂炉产品加入中国生产线。
