职位简介:
主要负责HR operation ,如试用期&劳动合同到期续签意见收集,各人事变动调整如晋升、调部门等流程,支持HR团队项目及对内的沟通等。
1. Manage on boarding process and assist in new staff orientation base on company SOP to make sure that all new employees join the company timely and smoothly.
按照公司要求和SOP 负责员工入职流程,协助新员工入职培训,确保所有新员工准时顺利入职。
2. Manage contract renewal and probation appraisal process base on company SOP to make sure that all the employees’ labor contracts are accurate and valid to avoid employment risk.
按照公司要求和SOP负责员工劳动合同续签和试用期评估流程,确保所有在职员工劳动合同真实有效,降低公司雇佣风险。
3. Manage exit process and calculate last payment base on company SOP to make sure that all employees complete the exit process before last working day.
按照公司要求和SOP负责员工离职流程管理和离职工资款项结算,确保员工在离职前及时完成所有离职手续。
4. Responsible for the employee information change in terms of transfer, promotion, pay change and other personnel information change. Timely update staffs’ information in HR system based on personnel change form and relevant email to ensure the information in all systems linked with HR system are accurate.
根据员工信息变更表及相关邮件管理员工晋升,转岗,薪资调整和其他信息更变,及时在HR系统中变更新信息,以确保与HR系统相连的各系统信息的准确性。
5. Keep and maintain personnel files and other relevant HR documentation for checking and audit.
按照档案管理的要求整理员工资料并归档,以便及时取阅或审查。
6. Assist in the optimization of HR operations process to increase the working efficiency and improve the service level.
协助优化人力资源部相关流程,以提高工作效率和服务质量。
7. As the process owner, responsible for the policy and information consultation within HR and the company.
作为相关流程管理者,负责公司及人力资源内部政策和信息查询和咨询。
8. Keep and maintain personnel files and other relevant HR documentation for checking and audit.
按照档案管理的要求整理员工资料并归档,以便及时取阅或审查。
9. Handle the ad hoc HR assignment.
协助其他人力资源部相关的工作。
10. Support the reporting or data analysis upon local or business needs.
根据业务需求,制作人力资源报告及数据分析。
Skills and qualifications required :
1、本科学历,1-2年左右HR工作经验;
2、满足英语书面能力;
3、熟练掌握excel 和word 技能,对数据具有敏感度,熟悉excel公式(会函数优先);
4、良好的沟通表达能力,积极主动的工作态度,团队合作精神,学习力强。
上班地点:根据工作需要,在公司静安寺和张江两个办公点,每周约一半。
