Job Responsibilities:
- HR Functionality Overview:
Gain knowledge of the overall HR operational processes.
Understand employee and intern life cycle management, like trainings, engagement activities and report out.
Support the coordination of intern onboarding and training sessions.
- Personnel File Management Project:
Assist in the collection and standardization of job descriptions.
Verify job profiles and ensure accuracy.
Support the digital survey process and data collection.
- Other tasks in HR team assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Student in a bachelor’s or master’s degree, major in Human resources related majors, business management, chemical related etc.
Fluent in Mandarin and English language both verbal and written.
Be proactive and strong willing to learn.
