Key Accountabilities:
61 Partner in creating, executing and delivering the customer experience strategy and processes, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring team & visitor compliance with Amcor safety initiatives, promoting a culture of safety in all we do
- Ensuring the facility is prepared for on-site arrival and effective hosting through all visits, including customer, executive, VIP guest and employee events
- Support the development of a strategy for Amcor commercial messaging leveraging the Innovation Center
61 Leverage and facilitate Amcor Catalyst program from US innovation center to render customer packaging solution.
61 Support the creation of all graphic/industrial design work including consideration of prototyping demands.
61 Facilitate communications with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Customers and Prototype personnel to ensure comprehensive order communications and creation.
61 Partner directly with prototype teams in working effectively to create new prototypes.
61 Support communications to meet all needs and expectations of packaging creation to include timing, product offerings, quality, and potentially pricing.
61 Run all applicable equipment to ensure sample creation, including thermoforming to 3D printing.
61 Coordinate and lead Customer Innovation sessions to include ideation, selecting/prioritizing ideas, managing resources to complete rough and final samples.
61 Interact with Amcor personnel and customers to ensure robust information gathering to enable the effective meetings. This includes pre, mid and post project sessions to ensure ideas are progressing and any gaps are identified and closed.
61 Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives related to infrastructure and capabilities as well as internal or external process to continuously improve.

61 Ability to do Amcor product showcase for customer
61 Join the customer workshop for innovation
61 Join the exhibition and supplier communication for idea collection
Knowledge and Experience:
61 Fluent Chinese and can work with written English.
61 With experience to deal with customer with knowledge of end use markets, graphic and packaging processes.
61 Outstanding customer service and communications skills, both oral and written, to successfully interact with customers, vendors, outside graphics agencies, and Amcor personnel.
61 Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/ SolidWorks, modelling tools.
61 Ability to work in multi-task, multi-priority, high volume, and high velocity environment, with limited supervision and direction.
61 Exhibited conscientious attention to detail, through successful work in similar environments.
61 Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive attitude.
61 Ability to work flexible/extended hours on planned or occasionally on short notice. In some periods, significant and on-going commitment may be required to complete critical projects.
Education and Certification:
61 BS. In graphic, industrial design, packaging or relative area.
61 Graphic or industrial design experience preferred.
61 Experience in advertisement design company are strongly preferred.
