Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make sure all application document are complete and identical when needed
- To issue GS/CB/NF/ and other Certificates
- Pre-check all application document provided by applicant is correct.
- Make sure relevant information are consistent.
- Transfer the completed reviewed documents to certification reviewer.
- Acting as a communication bridge between the Certifiers/certification reviewers and the operation teams.
- Prepare and check draft certificate and upload the application documents on time.
- Submit certificate documents to France and down load certificates and send to CS correctly.
- Communicating with the certification bodies regarding the non-technical problems during the certification process.
- Other administration work that assigned by certifier or manager.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, 1 year of working experience.
- Strong teamwork spirits and communication skill.
- Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing(CET – 4 or above)
