- Sampling coordination within HQ/APAC/JP and local management for media shooting, VIP dressing and product placement in TV shows, etc.
- Press material proofreading and consolidation for distribution.
- Press distribution plan management.
- Media shooting coordination and on-site support when necessary.
- Media gift coordination and distribution.
- Report consolidation and update with HQ on regular basis.
- Marketing event execution and support.
VIP MANAGEMENT (celebrity & influencer）
- Seeding order placement coordination with HQ integrating local merchant direction.
- Daily seeding request coordination with agency and validation with HQ, in terms of celebrity and influencer profiles selection, styling confirmation, content management.
- Seeding product management of HQ support and local write-off.
- Flash sharing with social media team and local retail team.
- VIP pool maintenance & management.
- VIP gifting coordination and distribution.
- Brand event VIP handling: invitation, interview, dressing, hospitality etc.
SOCIAL&DIGITAL
- Assist in China campaign content creation: with celebrity, with KOL.
- Collaboration/Sponsorship content execution with selective media/stylist.
- Support on brand own social media communications and digital campaign execution.
- Support on Tmall content creation for commercial key push.
- Social content creation on regular basis with KOL/KOC and coordination with HQ in terms of profiles selection, styling confirmation, content management and validation.
