Job Responsibilities
61 Build and implement sales planning and performance management processes to maximize sales productivity and operational efficiency
61 Partner with SC Sales and Marketing leaders to design and execute strategic, organizational sales management projects
61 Proactively work with senior sales leaders to identify areas of opportunity for teams, geographic regions, and product categories. Guide leaders in prioritizing business goals and sales resource based on impact to revenue and sales productivity
61 Create and own sales performance metrics and reporting tools to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable data
61 Design, evaluate, and advise on systems and internal processes to support a rapidly evolving sales organization
61 Adopt and deploy sales management tools and applications to CPS sales organization and continuously enhance process and tools to effectively support CPS priorities
Skills and Requirements:
61 1 year and above experience in a highly analytical sales operation role within a rapidly growing company (FMCG industry is preferred)
61 Ability to eloquently distill and communicate complex topics broadly to leaders, team members and everyone in between, good English writing and listening skills
61 Excel expert skills comfortable developing insightful models and quantitative analysis, paired with critical thinking and sound business judgment
61 CRM system expert familiar with data structure and reporting functionality of Salesforce
