Work with team (both Performance and Planning teams) to analyze campaign data, develop insights and strategies for campaign optimization.
Hands-on operation and optimization on performance campaigns, biddable media, across RTB, search and ecommerce platforms
Have a strong knowledge and experience in mathematical statistics, data analysis and data mining, such as Databank, etc.
Be involved in Tmall media planning, data analytics, insight learning and post-buy reports of performance campaigns.62

QUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media communications or business administration. Master’s degree is preferred.
Bachelors or higher degree.
Has a good working ethics as well as professional integrity, and be passionate towards digital/programmatic industry.
4+ years professional experience in performance and eCommerce media. 62
Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suites: Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
Comfortable with numbers; Good understanding of maths (ideally statistics).
Fluency in speaking and writing English.
Positive attitude, a good working ethic and can be thrives on challenges.
