DBEST (Beijing) Facility Technology Management Co., Ltd is a joint venture founded by APLEONA GmbH International Facility Management GmbH, Beijing International Technology Cooperation Center (BITCC) and Siemens Ltd., China. It is formally established in 2014 with a headquarters in Chaoyang District, Beijing and a branch in Yangpu District, Shanghai.
APLEONA GmbH International Facility Management is part of APLEONA SE is one of the Europe’s largest engineering and service groups with an annual revenue of around EUR 40 billion in fiscal year 2022. More than 4,0000 employees at the engineering and services group help make daily life work.
