【任职要求】
1.了解项目初始技术资料，参与评估外协件/供应商开发风险Understand projects initial technical documents, take part in review risk of outsourcing parts/supplier development.
2.参与收集供应商TA资料及组织TA评审 Collect suppliers TA documents and organize TA review.
3.评审供应商项目策划方案及模检具开发方案Review suppliers project planning and mould/checking fixture development plan.
4.对外协零件模具设计进行可行性评估，对检具进行可行性评估以及认可，并对相关供应商进行管理。Feasibility Assessment of External Parts Mould Inspection Tool Design, manage related mould and checking fixture suppliers
5.监控供应商模检具工装制造进度 Monitor suppliers mould/checking fixture manufacturing schedule.
6.收集/审核/会签测量计划 Collect/review/countersign measurement planning.
7.新品进料检验初期培训检验员 Train incoming inspector for new parts.
8.审核供应商早期生产遏制准备状态 Review suppliers early containment ready status
