工作职责:
Work with Planning Director to set media objective, analyse market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy
01 Usage of all relevant proprietary and syndicated insights and planning tools as part of the overall planning and implementation process
01 Construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy
01 Explore and evaluate new media formats and innovative media ideas
01 Brief Investment and Implementation teams to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan
01 Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing
01 Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight
任职资格:
REQUIREMENTS
01 4-6 years media planning experience, good understanding of the work flow of marketing and advertising
01 Have relevant category experience
01 Fast learner and have a curious mind
01 Experience in handling all media, strong in digital planning skill, including digital display, programmatic, search, EC.
01 Good communication and presentation skills.
01 Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities within the team
01 Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing.
01 Computer knowledge, especially Powerpoint in English is a must.
01 Detail oriented, responsible, and a team player.
01 Familiar with and own certificates of the mentioned platforms preferred, Ali, Tencent, Jing Dong, ByteDance, Baidu, Red, Bilibili, Zhihu etc
