职位信息

具体要求如下：
(1):Bachelor degree or above with Environment/safety background (Required)本科或以上学历，环境/安全背景（必选）;
(2):Familiar with local environmental, Fire and safety regulatory (Preferred)熟悉当地环境、消防和安全法规（优先考虑）;
(3): Technical Expertise on Fire Safety and Environment.( Registered Safety Engineer or Registered Fire Protection Engineer is preferred)
消防安全和环境方面的技术专长(有中级职称证书，注册安全工程师或注册消防工程师优先);
(4): Good communication skills (Preferred)良好的沟通能力（优先考虑）;
(5): Good oral and written skills in English. (Required)良好的英语口语和书面表达能力(必需);
(6): Has good computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.) (Required)
良好的计算机技能（Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint，outlook等）（必选）;
(7): Familiar with Facility system, such as power supply, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, office renovation etc., (Preferred);
熟悉设施维护。比如供电、空调、给排水、办公室装修等。（优先考虑）
福利待遇：
工作时间：8小时做五休二
薪资待遇及福利：税前20-25K，提供工作餐，一年享有10-15天年假
